The new 3730xl Genetic Analyzer is the largest Sanger sequencer in the market. It has 96-capillary electrophoresis instruments for the very high-throughput laboratories. The system offers industry-leading performance and can generate up to 2,500 Sanger sequences per day. At KRISP, we use it for a number of projects, including medical, ecological, agricultural and conservation genomic projects. The ABI 3730xl is fully automated and allowing researchers to save time, reduce costs and increase productivity.
