Service details

Amplicon sequencing is a highly targeted approach that enables researchers to analyze genetic variation in specific genomic regions. The ultra-deep and next generation sequencing of PCR products (amplicons) allows efficient variant identification and characterization. We have been working with NGS sequencing for over 5 years and have three platforms (Illumina Miseq, Thermo-Fisher S5 and Oxford Nanopore Minion). Each of these platforms have their own strengths (e.g. length of the reads and throughput).
