Professor Tulio de Oliveira was invited by Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (Director General WHO) and Dr. Chikwe Ihekweazu (Director of WHO pandemic Hub) to take a position on the leadership committee of the International Pathogen Surveillance Network (IPSN).
